[NEED HELP] BIOS I/O routing

I have a Galax A320M motherboard that I recently discovered is just a B350M but the BIOS was locked in every way possible so I crossflashed my motherboard with the BIOS for the Galax B450M and everything works great and all but my VGA port isn’t working anymore. I am able to do P state overclocks now but my GFX voltage doesn’t do anything.

How can I route my VGA port and fix the voltage settings?

Also, none of the BIOSes I tried allowed me to change DRAM voltage so its stuck at 1.21V so any suggestions for that are welcome.

I need VGA as I run a dual monitor setup and my second monitor is old so it only has VGA

Also, this BIOS asks for voltage VIDs (ex. 22, 45, 18, etc) for any adjustments and does not accept normal voltage values (ex. 1.2, 1.35, etc) any idea on how to find the VID value for different voltages?
