Hello everybody, it’s my first post here and I have been sent here by a couple of comments on reddit mentioning this awesome forum, not the first time I hear of this place, but IS the first time I took a look inside and saw this awesome community.
The comment on reddit was mentioning Sweet Kitten work here, and I already saw on other posts how sweet he/she is, helping without asking anything.
So being my first time I need to ask two things:
- How to dump my pc files to you so you can assist me in accessing my advanced BIOS? (Like DDRAM Frequency and other advanced BIOS utilities)
- Is this process safe or could this brick the motherboard in any way? I am used to Os modding (even hackintoshesh) and even some hardware modding.
Thanks in advance for any help, here are the specs of the Acer Nitro 5 I want to unlock BIOS settings to:
- CPU: Intel Core i5 10300H 2.5 GHz
- GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop + Intel UHD Graphics (iGPU)
- CHIPSET: CML Stonic_CMS V2.03
- BIOS Version: InsydeCorp v 2.03 (I think it’s not up to date, missing last version 2.06 from main Acer site)
- SMBIOS Version: 3.2
- GOP Version: Intel(R) GOP Driver [9.0.1107]
- Full Model Name: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-55DW 15 inch screen 144hz Monitor
