need help to know what’s wrong i am doing here

backup bios size 32MB
when build bios with CSME System Tools v16.1 r0 Tool i am getting 64MB out IMAGE instead of 32MB
can some help to understand what’s wrong here
Old.bin isn’t a valid bios dump. Parts of ME region are before and after bios region.
Sorry my mistake i posted a bios that i have try to clean EFS & MFS area
Because when i use it in Flash Image Tool 16.1 its refuse to Decompose with Error
after clean EFS & MFS area i am able to use it in Flash Image Tool 16.1
so what do you suggest
