Need help unlocking FPRR

I have a HP cs0000ne . I am able to read my bios with fpt, but I cant flash it as I get the error:

Error 316: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.

I have already disabled bios lock and fprr through efi shell, but I am still getting this error. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Theres more locks in it, do a forum search on Error 316 and you’ll find about this…now, this is a HP machine and bioses 2016 up still dont allow mods due to RSA, this is an issue also found in many posts to read about it, in the forum.
