ME7 5MB v7.1.92.3273, because the latest A19 (7.1.91.3272) bios version uses 7.x (For Sandy Bridge), Dell didn’t update to 8.x (Sandy/Ivy Bridge).
so from
7.1.91.3272 to 7.1.91.3273 5MB. i was a bit confsed because on windows 10 update it shows optional drivers and intel managment engine is version 10.xx.xx.x.xx
so this is a hotfix. only. if i remeber correctly major/minor/hotfix.

now one last request… can you help with file i should use to clear ME. i want to learn but having trouble picking the right file.
ME FW updates has nothing to do with Windows ME drivers versions. You asked for the latest ME FW update not drivers.
The version to clean ME should be the same or higher (Updating) one up, from ME 7 Repository r30

yes FW the one you have to use a tool to flash… ok got it now so windows updates offers driver not FW.
