Need help with BIOS modification for Asus Z170-P to use Xeon E3 V5

Hello everyone!
I have an Asus Z170-P with an i5-6400 CPU.
I’d like to replace the CPU with some Xeon E3 V5 (probably E3 1280 V5), but I don’t know how to modify the BIOS for my motherboard and how to flash it. Do I need a programmer or can I do it without it?
I would be grateful for help

The current BIOS version is 3805 (I don’t know if it matters)

i try it on my motherboard MSI Branded Lenovo M900 , after disabling me ` it take some 30 sec before the screen display splash screen, and after that with hw and ctrl-alt-del restart dont delays
