I view every site I think that possibly have this type of driver but only find v1.28.x.x, not 1.34.2.5. Can anyone help me?

Did it have a proper signature (have catalog, code signing, not test signing, embed signature)?
I haven’t downloaded and investigated the files, because I don’t need the driver.
It only contains a sys file and readme 
The *.SYS file is the driver.
But the cat and inf is needed too
You have asked for the driver and I gave you the link to it. If you need other files, you should ask the person, who has published the download link.
By the way - the *.inf file can be written by everyone, who is able to use the Windows Editor, and the digital signature can be added by everyone, who is able to sign a driver.
