Just wondering if anyone has noticed performance differences in adaptors for NVMe ssds or are they just too simple to be different in a meaningful way.

Either the adaptor works or not. There is no impact on the performance of the NVMe SSD, but there may be differences regarding the material quality (longer/shorter lifetime).

I suspected as much due to the simplicity of the circuits.
Also I just want to thank you for your support on this form. Over the holiday weekend, I was able to use my gigabyte auroras NVMe drive as a boot drive following your threads advising other members, it was a extra holiday gift! lost_in_BIOS your support is greatly appreciated too.
