Looking at the MSI 09/14 Z790 BIOS updates, there is a version 1D microcode for platform 32 CPUID 0671. The reason of the update is
MMTooled the previous version, that one used 19 for platform 32 CPUID 0671. So 19 for for platform 32 CPUID 0671 will give BSOD. That is the real 13th gen series, right?
By the way, cpu90672_plat07 has version 32 now per the microcode github.

For anyone wondering what this is about, Intel released a statement that certain microcodes for 13th Gen (Raptor Lake) CPU’s “have mismatched GDS_NO flag values between P-Cores & E-Cores” which can cause a BSOD with error code “Unsupported Processor” after installing the following Windows Updates:
