I used the UBU tool to update my bios to the latest roms for every device including Marvell to version 34, Intel Raid to 14.0.0.xxxx, Intel Video, and Lan. Now Windows 7 64 cant initialize my second physx gpu and says out of resources though Windows 8.1 doesn’t have the same issue. Problem goes away when rolling back the bios to the stock version. Any suggestions?
