i have this motherboard P67 EXTREME4 https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/P67%20Extreme4/index.asp
2 years ago i updated to i5-2500K cpu and 2 modules of 8gb ram each 2X8=16gb total ram
i had issues with the ram performance and i found a new modded bios for this mobo from hear https://www.mdclab.it/intel-socket-1155-p67-extreme-4.html
i downloaded and installed and was all good until yesterday
i decided updating from win 7 to win 10 but i have a strange issue
with both installations uefi and legacy bios the pc don’t turn off
pushing the shutdown button or from os power->shut down
the monitor is shutting down and the power from keyboard and mouse but the pc still have power i have to push the power button continuously to turn it off
i think bios needs updating can someone help to mod it?
Did you loaded "setup defaults" after flashing 2 years ago ?
pls do it, reconfigure the whole bios and look for options like "power ac loss" and other options.
did you boot legacy or UEFI Mode ? Also a BIOS Option…

i found the solution after some search i was right about the bios .i found a bios P67EXT43.21A have the bios logo of asrock fatality but who cares
?
so i think P67EXT43.19 bios missing some drivers for win 10 that’s why don’t power off
