There 's a lot of 'version information in different bioses: Intel CPU RC Version, Intel SA RC Version, Intel PCH RC Version, Intel PPM RC Version, Intel ACPI RC Version, Memory RC version…
Are these RC(?)- versions related to PEI modules or PEI drivers or both? Are these versions for all platforms the same if the base is a Aptio4 bios 4.6.5.x? There are Q77 bioses (Ivy-bridge) wchich contain later RC versions than newer Q87/C222 boards (Haswell). I’m loooking for a little more information in this item- could someone point me in the right direction where to find more information?

These versions were printed in the manual are now in latest bios version 1.7.x.x for an ASUS P9D-I (C222/ Haswell)
But you can find Q77 bioses which are on 1.8.x.x: (Kontron KTQ77)
Are these modules interchangeable? And are these the PEI modulses or the DXE drivers or both?
