I was amazed by the performance the Phison NVMe drive gave my computer with the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB. What I didn’t understand was while using this driver my NVMe drive shows up as a removable USB drive in the taskbar. I didn’t want to click on eject this device as I was afraid it might cause Windows not to boot again. I’ve had problems before with missing drivers on a NVMe boot drive and how it requires a clean installation of Windows 10 to get it running again.
I stopped using it just because of this issue. OCD. Also all my partitions show up on the left pane of Windows Explorer because Windows now thinks they are external drives
