Please help. How to extract XPS9570BIOS officially downloaded by DELL into full version. BIN format

I used Python to isolate 9570.exe_decompressed.hdr, but opened it with WinHex and found it was not a complete BIOS program. It’s one piece at a time. What’s the best way to separate?
