We have visible FINISH strip but still can not get it. QST ideology is not automatic algorithm.
Now after manual configuration (after analyzis MB architecture) we have not correct working all fans (RPM value is ok but unstable with interval about 2sec)
In corrupted dump we can find QST segments in 4-5 places (not one file) mixed in ME area.
THE BEST WAY TO RESOLVE SIMILAR PROBLEM IS:
1 REPAIR ME preparing ME CLEAN initializizng dump (need PRD file for PCH chipset real used on MB)
2 GENERATE QSTCFG.BIN OR QSTCFG.INI USING DOS PROGRAM FROM WORKING DEVICE (MAX 1kB) (WORKING AND THE SAME ARCHITECTURE)
3 WRITE FILE FROM POINT 2 USING DOS PROGRAM TO DEVICE WITH REPAIRED ME
4 DO AUTOMATIC TUNNING USING WIN APPLICATION
5 SAVE QSTCFG.BIN FOR YOUR LIBRARY AND HELP ANOTHER USERS IN THE FUTURE
After 3-4 hours lost on analyze over hundert bin files we are looking for qst dump from working device 
It is the easiest method , we don’t need to setup milion parameters we don’t know…
