[Problem] ASUS B150M Pro Gaming with active TPM 2.0

Hello people smarter than me.

I have a ASUS B150M pro gaming+ i7-6700k cpu combination and am wondering if tpm 2.0 is possible on this system, I have updated my bios to latest version but cannot find the PCH-FWconfiguration where I would enable PTT. Is there any way I can enable it somewhere else? I saw a lot of posts from Z170 boards where the option was also not there and there was a work around, would that also be possible for my mobo? If not, would an external 2.0 tpm module fix my problems?

Shouldn’t it be in the Advanced tab? Can you show a picture?

I checked the advanced tab, it is not there, just PCH-storage and 1 other from the top of my head.

You have two options:

  1. Try your luck and contact ASUS support for a beta BIOS with PTT support.
  2. Buy a 14-1 pin LPC TPM2.0 module for ASUS (you need to look specifically for the ASUS variant, since the MSI variant is also 14-1 pin, just different pinout). The TPM2.0 modules are present in the latest BIOS already.
