[Problem] Corrupted Acer Nitro V15 ANV15-51-541P BIOS

Hi I would like some help extracting the .bin .fd or insyde file for my laptop, it recently got into a bios corruption due to a windows update and its now stuck on a no display.

I specifically need a bios file that emergency bios recovery mode (fn+esc) can read.

Im a new user, so i cannot directly upload the 1.53 bios file, but I can provide the exact link for the files.

Have you even bothered to check the contents available on the Acer link… go check and tell us what you see and read from it…maybe you just like to “make fun” of us all.

@MeatWar maybe he just doesn’t know how to open ZIP files x’)

Jokes aside, @Aoki123 make a backup of your current BIOS chip and send it over.

These modern Acer model’s bios updates are stored in Windows root disc with their own system GUID, Acer is distributing them lately, only in MS server.
But i do believe he has no bootable system anymore…or have to access the disc data via external, even so these should be only Bios_region updates… a mess for unexperienced users.

For that exact reason, I used to have a motto: “I only help users who know their way around an SPI programmer.” But now that you mention he probably doesn’t have one, and I think you’re correct, he shall extract the 1.53 Insyde iFdPacker SFX and recover his BIOS via USB.

@Aoki123 If somehow in the world it doesn’t push a recovery update, make a copy of the ZYPf.fd file and rename the copy to ZYPf.WPH (Never mind the other ZYQf.fd file. it is for a different model, the ANV15-52, not yours, the ANV15-51)
