[Problem]Dell Inspiron 15-7559 shutdown after exactly 30 minutes, clean ME failed to work

My laptop have shutdown problem for servel months, I searched for different methods（reintall Win10 system, clean cooling system etc.) to try, all failed.
Finally found this forum last month, read almost all ME releated posts, I’m sure 30 minutes is caused by ME disabled.
And I know need to do a ME clean, Below is what I have done.

1.Run Meinfo -verbose, appears ME disabled, means Me is corruptted, I think.

2.Unlock FD by pinmod, run FPT -d dump spi image.
3.Run FIT, Followed the Clean Guide D4 step by step(skipped step7&13), make a cleaned spi image.
4.As there’s a bios protection, can’t write to it. Extract me region with UEFITool, then run fpt -me -f make a re-flash for ME region, Followed -greset.
Move all power for 1 minutes, then boot.

But nothing changed, ME still disabled, 30 minutes shuwdown not gone.

All attempt failed, I can’t find out what is wrong in it. So frustrated now.

Attached dumped SPI image and cleaned image, want ask a help to check.
I’ll be much appreciated, thank you!

BTW, I bought a programmer this week, can use it if necessary.

“Temporary Disable mode” is issued by the BIOS, so that’s what is probably corrupted. The cleaned CSME image you attached is proper, so the CSME guide & repair steps were followed correctly.

@plutomaniac Thank you for your reply, I have doubted about BIOS as I totally followed the clean guide, nice to get your confrimation.
I have installed lastest Dell offical BIOS (.EXE) for serveal times, makes no sence. Can you give any advise how to get a healty BIOS?
