Hello!
The situation is this: I have a friend’s server, I can’t get into the BIOS to enable SVM (virtualization). I tried to change the firmware via AMIBCP but when I load the file in @BIOS the Gigabyte program. I have an error, I need to enable SVM very urgently.
Configuration:
- Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master.
- 128 gigs of RAM DDD4 3600
- Nvidia RTX 3080
- Windows 10 PRO

Welcome to the Win-Raid Forum!
If you are in a hurry, you should never try to flash a modded BIOS. Otherwise you may get a bricked mainboard earlier than you thought.
What about asking the Gigabyte Support? They will be excited to get your request.
Although I cannot help you, here are my advices:
- >Here< is the Guide about how to flash a modded AMI UEFI BIOS.
- A BIOS flash of a modded BIOS from within Windows is very risky and generally not recommended.
- Stay patient. There is no reason to brick your friend’s server urgently.
Good luck!
You can get in to bios or CAN’T???
Seems to be a standard feature and not an hidden string…
The stupid here can be you or your translator, YOU CAN or CAN NOT, enter bios setup.
