Thank you for this! I was tearing my hair out trying to get a P4 working. I picked up a super cheap GT730 and put it in, reset the bios, set the integrated GPU as default and lowered the memory to 64MB, Rebooted the system, shut it down, swapped the GT730 to the Tesla P4 and boom it worked without the blinking red light! I also extracted the BIOS settings. Im not sure if this will help anyone in the future, but here is the extract from HpSetup.txt
