Without a proper running internal or external GPU you will not be able to use your laptop.
A BIOS modification doesn’t make sense. If you don’t want to use the built-in AMD GPU, you can disable/uninstall it at any time from within the Device Manager.

My AMD GPU is defective, I want to remove it, so that the device does not recognize it in the settings ( according to customer request )

According to what I have read about your laptop model the graphics card is connected via PCIe 4.0 slot.
If you are able to open the laptop case, it should be possible to physically remove the defective graphics card and to replace it by a working one. A removal of the related BIOS module(s) may not solve your problem, because your laptop needs a working display adapter with a proper connection to its mainboard.
