b) your in-use or wanted OS and
c) the procedure how you tried to get the NVMe SSD detected.

Both E15 Gen2 (Intel or AMD) are modern machines supporting NVMe by default…

According to >this< Lenovo Support page there is a new BIOS v1.58 available for the Lenovo ThinkPad E15 Gen2.
Maybe this will help to solve your problem.
Unfortunately you haven’t yet given any useful information about what exactly you have done after having recognized, that the NVMe (which one?) hasn’t been detected by the OS (which one?).
Another question (already asked by MeatWar): Why did you flash a modded HP Envy 15’’ BIOS and not an original Lenovo one?
