[Problem] Razer Blade Pro 17 BIOS chip w/o voltage after external flash

Used CH341A and guides posted here … attempting to flash back to stock BIOS without mods, doesn’t boot no power button light no fans spinning no keyboard lights however all components getting correct voltages except BIOS chip.

Any ideas? Perhaps cheap CH341A fried the BIOS chip? Showing no voltage to BIOS chip thru multimeter. :S

Seems like it might be “C1” in this photo - but still means nothing to me as to what component to replace it with?

Machine boots with keyboard lights now and switches off after a few seconds - anybody here provide dumps of their chips on this machine? This chip is showing blank (all FFs) for me:
