Hello. I have a Lenovo 330-15IKB laptop with a broken BIOS. the laptop boot to black screen and remain unresponsiv.
I have tried to flash the bios with a dump from this forum and the laptop came alive again. unfortunately the information as, serial no. , UUID, and pre-installed OS key is lost.
I have successfully preformed a cleanME on the original bios dump, but it didnt do anything, still black screen.
Is it possible to extract said data and intergrate this into another working BIOS dump ? or should i consider it lost ?

I have tried to compare the original broken dump with a working one.
And it seems like i got some errors.
Also it seems like im missing some PEI modules.
parseFile: invalid header checksum C7h, should be 1Ah
parseFile: invalid data checksum 04h, should be AAh
parseFile: unknown file type 36h

Why three threads for the same problem?
Use UEFIToolNE for checking structure. Bios broke during update from 8TCN44WW to 8TCN61WW, ‘dead’ block 71A000 to 71B000 in your dump. Before already CN61 (except padding before first microcode), after CN44. Don’t clean ME, use from complete image in latest Lenovo bios update…
