[Problem] VRAM Decrease after updating Acer Aspire E1-531G BIOS

Greetings to the forum members!

I ran into a serious problem on my Acer Aspire E1-531G laptop.

The essence of the problem:
Initially, the BIOS was V1.09, and the video memory for the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 was 128 MB. I updated the BIOS to V2.21 (for a future PROCESSOR upgrade) and came across the fact that the BIOS reduces the allocated video memory to 64 MB.

What has already been done (and did not help):

Attempts to rollback to BIOS V2.17 (the working version, where it was 128MB):

Using the Windows utility (InsydeFlash from the V2.17 package):
Modified platforms.ini (disabled RESSEN, PFVFunctionEnable=0, DisableSecureCapsuleFlash=1, ForceFlash=1).
I still get the error: “BIOS version compare error!”.
Via BIOS emergency mode (Fn + Esc) with the Q5WV1X64.fd (V2.17) file on a FAT32 flash drive:
The sequence is: Fn + Esc → Power connection → Power → Hold.
Result: 3 short beeps, the screen remains black, then the laptop restarts and boots Windows. The BIOS remains V2.21, no firmware occurs.
Explanation: The RAM is checked by the built-in Windows diagnostic tool, there are no errors.
Attempts to “upgrade” to 2.17 through file substitution (with the old EXE 2.21 with .fd file 2.17)

Current laptop status:

Model: Acer Aspire E1-531G
Current BIOS version: V2.21
Dedicated video memory: 64 MB (which is extremely small for some tasks).
Processor: B960
I would really like to return the amount of allocated video memory to 128 MB (as it was on V1.09/V2.17).

Question to the community:

Has anyone encountered such a VRAM (64MB) problem on an Acer E1-531G with BIOS V2.21 and was able to solve it?
Does anyone have a working method for upgrading BIOS from V2.21 to V2.17 for this model that bypasses existing InsydeFlash protections (possibly with a different firmware, modified file, or exact sequence of actions for Fn+Esc)?
Is there a modified BIOS V2.21 (or newer) for is this the model that fixes the VRAM issue?
I will be very grateful for any help and advice! I am ready to provide platforms.ini files from packages 2.17 and 2.21.

Welcome to the Win-Raid Forum!
I recommend to contact the Acer Support.
Good luck!

Thank you for your response, but Acer has removed the E1-531G from their website and, therefore, it is not possible to contact their support team. However, I have left a message on their forum.
