Usually most of the board would boot fine without those info.
If the board doesn’t boot with an previously know to work image, there could be other issue to account.
Yes, I know stuff will be missing in stock BIOS download, but all are “bootable”, having board specifics and NVRAM populated do not matter to boot on Gigabyte boards.
