Hello.
Having problems with RAID0, i don’ think it works on full speed…
OS: Windows 10 x64
MB: x79-deluxe (support 4x 6gbps ports)
RAID0 with 4x SSD (samsung 850 EVO 250)
Controller: Marvell 9230
Marvell Storage info:
Results with Marvell RAID0 x4 SSD 850 EVO:
Results with Intel RAID0 x2 SSD 250 840 EVO:
So as you can see performance is different…
Do i need update marvell controller? If yes how i can do this?
p.s from asus i have downloaded latest drivers: Marvell Driver V1.2.0.1047
Any help?
Thanks
PCI Express version 2.0 : 5 GT/s 4 Gbit/s (500 MB/s) / Per lane …
PCI Express version 2.0 x2 = 1000 MB/s theoretical.
Yes, but i don’t use PCIe. I use SATA ports integrated on MB…
Except it work in same way as PCIe 2… http://www.marvell.com/storage/system-so…oduct-Brief.pdf

@konfetaz :
Welcome at Win-RAID Forum and thanks for your detailled report.
I am sorry, but I cannot help you, because I don’t have any own experience with a Marvell RAID system.
Nevertheless I hope, that you will get support from someone, who knows more than me about this topic.
Regards

Since I don’t have any own experience with that sort of RAID Controllers, I cannot answer your question.
Ahh okay! Thanks for your time!
