When I first start my Asusrog z490-e gaming I get a crash error code 23.
I have to shut down the computer and then restart it again for it to start correctly.
Could you please identify the origin of the problem, thank you.
What about identifying it yourself by reading the manual?
code 23 does not exist in the manual
Where do you see this code, in the motherboard Q-Code debug or windows?

23 - OEM pre-memory initialization codes
on the motherboard I see code 23 with an orange light next to the ram and therefore a blockage on first startup.

Did you try to load default settings in bios?
Was this board recovered anytime due to bios issue? Any bios mods?
If not then it could be a defective ram module or hw issue on the mb.
Nothing like testing modules and slots individually or another set/module of ram.
The problem was solved by removing the CPU and putting it back into the socket.
poor contact must have caused the problem
