Is it possibile to mod P8H61-M LX R2.0 BIOS to support RAID? I have tried to enable RAID in BIOS but its not selectable. It only offers ACHI or IDE.

Since your post has nothing to do with the Intel AHCI/RAID drivers, but with the topic “BIOS Modding”, I have moved your request into the related Sub-Forum and gave it a hopefully meaningful title.
No, this is not possible, because Intel H61 Chipset mainboards generally do not support the RAID function.
The insertion of an Intel RAID ROM or EFI RAID module into the BIOS will have no effect, because the on-board Inte SATA Controller doesn’t work in RAID mode.
