As in the title, could someone recommend me a good PLCC bios chip flasher thats on the USB bus?

@POE_UK - I assume you mean PLCC32? This is one I use always, with it’s various possible adapters you can jumper over SOIC8 BIOS too 
But, by default, you can use this for PLCC and DIP8 without any additional adapters.
Not sure why shipping is so high now ($26!!)??? It used to be $3-7 at most maybe, even still says $3 in his text area info, and would only take 2 weeks max (he’s in SK). Maybe message first and ask how much shipping to UK
