Maybe a silly question, but I haven’t a clue. As I installed the latest and greatest manufactures device drivers for my motherboard, drives, video cards, and things and this morning needed to reinstall Windows did I lose all the drivers, patches etc? I have a feeling I might feel embarrassed when I find out but I’d like to know before I go through the effort again. Thanks

Yes, if you do a fresh installation of the Operating System, you have to redo all your personal settings and to reinstall all your specific drivers.
