Having successfully modded the bios to boot Windows 7 64bit OS installed on a Samsung 960 EVO SSD is there any module available for bios insertion to enable the option of remapping PCIe to sata for raid functionality.

No, such BIOS module is not available.
By the way: Only Intel chipset mainboards from 100-Series up do support the creation of an Intel RAID array consisting of NVMe SSDs.
