Is there a command line tool that lets you remove a BIOS module from a BIOS dump using the GUID? I usually use this release of UEFITool but it would be faster for me if I could do it through CMD.

Here is my contribution to answer your thread title question:
The tool named CBROM is able to remove not wanted BIOS modules via command line. >Here< is a Guide about how to use it.
Disadvantage of the tool: It works only with non-UEFI Award BIOSes.
