I own an Asus P5Q SE PLUS. Recently I have purchased a nvme drive (Samsung 256gb). As the board has PCI-E x1 i never thought that with proper adapter BIOS does not detect so also cant boot from the NVMe. Windows 10 detects it just fine. I read a little and tried Clover but without luck.
I read that BIOS can be modified to detect NVMe, but im a noob in BIOS modification and would probably brick my mobo.
So can somebody with proper knowledge modify BIOS for Asus P5Q SE PLUS so that it detects and boots from NVMe?
