I dumped the bios with programmer with different versions like 1.29 , 1.18 , free , ASprogrammer etc. In doing so I clicked on auto and it corrupted my bios. I successfully reflashed the bios with verison 1.39 and system finally booted. But ethernet stopped working since GBE partition was lost. I even suspect unknown gpu value changes since the GPU temps ramp upto 100C within 3-4 min after inputting the AC power supply and open some game like DOTA. I repasted and even replaced all thermal pads just 4 days before. My final hope is your @plutomaniac knowledge and expertise.
