NVMe PCIe M.2 adaptor will only achieve the MAX of PCIe 3.0 x4 @ slot1 x16 blue and only if a i5 or higher Ivy-Bridge cpu on it.
All other PCIe slots White/Black x16 are PCIe 2.0
Only the 2 white SATA ports can achieve GEN3 SATA 6Gbps.

I tried putting video card to 2.0 and brought nvme pcie m.2 adaptor up to blue slot with a i5 cpu 2400 and no difference.

Did you told us this… or any important hw details, you didnt so are we any kind of fortune tellers here on the forum???

I said IvyBridge cpu (3xxx) not SandyBridge (2xxx)…yours, and not i3 only i5 or i7 will have PCIe GEN3 support on Intel 7 Series, over_n_out.
