Physical Memory Array
Location: System Board Or Motherboard
Use: System Memory

Please, can i get a bios for going over this limit?
Thank you
Max 2Gb per slot, ur Asus X51L motherboard should have 2 slots.
Hi
I tried with 4GB but the PC Freez even if the screen bios say ok
Thank you for your explanation
As I already said, this laptop is based on GL960 chipset. So you can use 3 GB only: 1 GB in first slot and 2 GB in second slot.
It can’t be solved by BIOS patch.
