[Request] Bios Mod for biostar tb250-btc - add Intel Optain RST support

Hi,
I need to modify the bios to support Intel RST technology, to run a Intel Optain drive.
Is there anyone who can do it?
The chipset support this, just missing option to enable this. In gameing series of this motherboard this is available.
I think there is a couple line of code to change.
Please help.

You do the research please, then I will edit if possible. What RST version is required or Optane support?
I found the following at first google result, but it’s up to you to absorb, decide, and or read around some more to find out exactly what is needed done to your BIOS
Mainly, and probably only, what I asked above - from last link below, looks like 17.2 is minimum (But at second link it mentions 15.5 or higher, so contradictory there), but you research this and see if some is better or your chipset can’t use this etc
Never mind, all that info is about drivers, not BIOS Modules, so you will need to research this further and find out what BIOS module / option rom is required

Maybe @Fernando already knows, what RST module is minimum required in BIOS for Optane functionality?

Current latest BIOS contains -
EFI IRST RAID for SATA - 15.5.0.2875
OROM IRST RAID for SATA - 15.5.0.2875
EFI AMI NVMe Driver present

All Intel RST drivers and RAID BIOS modules from the v15 platform up do support the "Intel(R) Optane™ Memory System Acceleration".

Thanks @Fernando - I looked through BIOS, no mention of Optane, and since he already has compatible RST, I’m not sure what else needs to be done. I guess he’ll have to bug Biostar directly?

Yes, if the Optane feature should not be supported by the latest BIOS.

As you mentioned in my bios is option for RST but no for Optane, I already wrote to the biostar, but I doubt that update will be introduced

Yes, sorry, there is not even hidden options for this. However, I don’t know what options there is in BIOS that do support it, I look at BIOS ALL day EVERY day and have never seen Optane mentioned in any BIOS settings
