Hi is there anyone that does the bios unlock anywhere please, as need to dial down the cpu. As have already done thermal paste and pads a few times already on it. However need to disable turbo boost as it keeps boosting. Please could someone help, it would be highly appreciated as trying to help a member of family out. Thank you
