Hello I have a Dell optiplex 3040 micro I would like to use a kayby lake cpu with it, currently it only supports skylake

I have a hardwareflasher CH341A which I used to dump the bios that is already on the system

U can try to add mcodes if the bios volume space has room for it and upgrade latest ME… since u got a SPI Programmer, u have nothing to loose in tryouts.

Diep4 Thank you for providing a Bios, I have just flashed it to the optiplex but it failed to boot and displays a flashing orange light.

Dave1985, because Boot Guard does not allow this to be done.
