[REQUEST] Dell XPS 8730 Unlock ability to use all 128 GB of RAM

I have a Dell XPS (Special Edition) 8730 current running firmware version 1.1.13.

The CPU I’m running is the i9 9900k. On ark.intel.com it says it supports 128GB of RAM.

Dell only sells the systems with up to 64GB of RAM. I read on a site that I can no longer find if you buy this computer and update to the latest BIOS use can use all 128 GB of memory.

I bought 4x32GB Corsair Memory DDR4-2666 DIMMS and installed them.

Everything works fine with all four installed, however, if you run msinfo32, it says total memory installed 128GB. But the usable memory is only 64 GB.

I feel really awful that I can’t use all 128. I don’t know if anything can be done. I know this was a pretty stupid decision and I regret it. Since you guys are experts I thought I’d check in with you and see if anything can be done? I have a feeling I’m not going to have much luck with the Z370, it seems the ones having luck are people with the Z390 that get to use all 128 GB of RAM. Just posting here as a last-ditch effort. I don’t have much time though, I’m going to probably send all this stuff back pretty quickly. But I wanted to check here first. Thanks, I appreciate it.

I tried to include all the information I could.
