Use the guide linked in the thread of your previous post.

Use AMI method, MMtool 4.50 to insert the std DXE_5 and Q-Flash ONLY to update the bios.
Use the UEFItool to check for padding absent/creation, also described in the guide.

This is a user choice ONLY of flashing the mod and i do remind you that your motherboard do not have Dual-Bios, good luck.
