I am searching for updated BIOS for my motherboard GA-B250M-D2VX-SI.

Currently I am running:

Model Name: B250M-D2VX-SI
BIOS Version: F2
BIOS Date: 11/24/2016
BIOS ID: 8A1BAG0D

Wondering if anyone has a later stable version. Seeking to update as I had some faulty RAM and now just wondering if there is an updated BIOS out there.

These are country specific motherboards for system integrators… your best chance is to search within your country or near ones, related forums and/or contact the OEM tech support and requesting updated bios.
Boldy users will or can try to cross-flashing with the original ones from Gigabyte base model ( GA-B250M-D2V), as long as they know how to revert back and have the proper tools/knowledge.
Still, wait for a possible user of the forum with same model and/or a possible updated version.

I have the F5 version from 05/10/2017 if that’s helpful to you I can share it, but I’m also in need of the F2 version which is what you have. So i appreciate it if you could give me a save of your version and i can give you mine.
