anything extra that might help performance works

Patience Grasshopper BCLK OC is dead, Intel killed that long ago, Non-K OC is dead as well.

Gigabyte does not generally hide power limits or stuff like that in BIOS, and usually only a laptop would have a power limit set, what are you really thinking you are missing here?
If you want performance you need Z series board, and better CPU etc. This board is not meant for performance at all, so even if you had an unlocked CPU I’d tell you that you need a Z series board or you will fry it.
