[REQUEST] Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X bios unlock

Hey all!

My only problem is that I have no way of changing RTL / Round Trip Latency values (except with changing Cas Latency, frequency). Afaik to do this I would need to change IOL offset, but that is hidden or not present in the bios.
I think this is a problem for many Gigabyte boards not just my model. I’m using two memory sockets out of the four, A2+B2.

This is what the bios is showing for RTL values (A/B): Dimm0/Rank0: 83/83, Dimm0/Rank1 83/83, Dimm1/Rank0 64/62, Dimm1/Rank1 83/83.
My memory is single rank (checked with Thaiphoon Burner), properly running in dual channel.
Asrock Timing Configurator says my RTL values are: Channel A Dimm 0: 83, Dimm 1: 64. RTL Channel B Dimm 0: 83, Dimm 1: 62 and IOL offset A/B 21/21.
This is how the numbers change according to ATC: 3333mhz CL14 says: Channel A and B the same: Dimm0: 81, Dimm1: 60. 3333mhz CL15: +2 to all,
3600mhz CL15: Channel A:Dimm0:83, Dimm1:64, Channel B:Dimm0:83, Dimm1:62.
I am using the newest beta bios F10c, which is an improvement over the previous ones, but all of them have the problem what I mentioned. Link to the mainboard, it is rev 1.0.

There is a IOLatency setting in bios which shows for A/B: Rank0/Dimm0 4/4, Rank1/Dimm0 4/4, Rank0Dimm1 14/13, Rank1Dimm1 4/4 but changing these does not do anything either, just like RTL.
Memory training and fast boot on/off makes no difference.
Asrock timing configurator says IO-L Channel A: Dimm0:4 (empty socket), Dimm1: 14, Channel B: Dimm0:4 (empty one), Dimm1: 13.
I hope this helps. I tweaked everything I could including all sub timings in the bios and the system is stable, but I would like to tweak my RTL values as well.

Thank you for the help, if it is possible. I will spread it around my local forum so more people can enjoy the improved bios!
