[REQUEST] Help needed with Quanta DA0JW6MB6F0-REV F BIOS flashing

Hello again everyone. I have a laptop motherboard that I really would like to update its bios. I have EC.bin and PCH.bin files but I don’t know how am I supposed to flash them, can anyone guide me? I have CH341A SPI programmer.
