Ricoh’s video conferencing terminal, P3500, is equipped with Windows Embedded Standard 7 as its OS and Core i5 3610ME as its CPU. I have already succeeded in cracking it and have been able to operate Windows freely, but I am having trouble getting into the BIOS setup.
Is there anyone who can modify this dump so that I can get into the BIOS setup?

Welcome to the Win-Raid Forum!
Have you looked into the manual of your RICOH device?
Usually the BIOS Settings will be visible after hitting the “DEL” or F2 key directly after starting the system - no matter which OS has been installed.
I tried all the keys commonly used to enter the BIOS setup, but none of them worked.

You might try booting Win10 and then using its built-in feature of getting into uefi firmware settings. Is it even possible to boot from a media at current state?
