Ok so I tried this,
I did remove the cmos battery, laptop battery and power disconnected then pushed power button just to make sure
reconnected everything back then powered on- it powered on then turns off

You telling me BIOS does not work?
it could be the hardware itself. Flashing the backup seems to be doing the same
