Hello, I am trying to get IDE mode on my HP notebook. I have the issue of not having the “Advanced” tab on my BIOS. Here is the info:

Product Name: HP Notebook
Product Number: W2M87UA
Processor Type: AMD Quad-Core A8-7410 APU with Radeon R5 Graphics
BIOS Version: F.37
BIOS Vendor: Insyde

For future reference- on the Rev. 3.7 BIOSes you can press A after you:

  • press the Bios key
  • before the Bios loads

This unlocks the Advanced and Security tabs.
