One thing i did try was changing the osver.ini file in C:\Windows to make it appear like im using Windows 7, and install driver that way

No I still cannot make the driver working and I accidentally deleted the windows Vista partitions

I see, it is very difficult to get this Graphics driver, its probably best to get an age appropriate graphics card or more recent graphics card you know has modded driver already.
